Balanced Meals for Growing Minds

At Priyobondhu Bohumukhi Bidyalay, every child is provided with a healthy and balanced breakfast and lunch each day. The meals are thoughtfully curated to include a variety of high-fiber, nutrient-rich whole grains, fresh fruits, dairy products, and other essential food groups ensuring optimal nutrition and energy for active learning.

All meals are prepared under the guidance of dietician Gitima Saikia, following essential dietary standards to support the physical and cognitive development of our students.

Our weekly breakfast diet contains

Friday- Roti, Egg, Oil/Butter, Ghee Fruit juice (Energy 333 Kcal and Protein 11 gm )

Saturday- Roti, Seasonal vegetables, Oil, Milk ( Energy 351 Kcal and Protein 11.4  gm )
